FCA Lacrosse is excited to offer a skill-building series for lacrosse players (1st through 8th grades) at any level (beginners through experienced).
The training sessions are designed to build stick skills, develop movement skills, prepare for March 20 evaluations, and be fun. (Preseason Training PDF Flier)
